The GO-AI capacity planning team is looking for a curious, resourceful, and experienced Capacity Planning program manager to join our team of Product Managers, Program Managers and analysts. Our mission is to ensure our customers have the right support at the right time to confidently and effectively grow their business through Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

-Single POC for Site Operations for all capacity planning issues. Responsible for driving site metrics for attendance, PTL, AHT etc.

-Work closely with Operations, supply planning and other stakeholders to proactively identify issues and take appropriate actions to minimize impact.

-Capture the right metrics to influence stakeholders and measure success

-Undertake process improvement and standardization of processes across all sites in the network

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience

• Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing

• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Working Knowledge of Contact Center Capacity, Supply Planning and Workflow Management.
