Job Overview

TE's Talent Acquisition teams evaluate TE's ability to recruit and select the desired employees and develop, implement and monitor the programs and processes used in recruitment and selection. They source, recruit, screen, interview and recommend external and/or internal candidates to staff open requisitions. They also utilize the services of employment agencies and/or place employment ads in appropriate sources, including the intranet, Internet and print media.

The teams are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting plans and administering talent management efforts and employee referral programs, managing the resume tracking system and ensuring consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns.

What your background should look like:

PRIMARY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Tracking and reporting metrics for Global Staffing recruiting efforts (i.e. ATS Utilization, source, time to fill, diversity, etc.)

  2. Approaching all contact with candidates to insure an exemplary experience with TE.

  3. This includes all candidate interaction/ correspondence, scheduling, reference checks, screening, marketing, travel arrangements, and pre-onboarding.

  4. Providing strong customer focus throughout the process.

  5. Partner with the HR Services team and respective HR Business Partners to ensure all new hire onboarding requirements are completed prior to start to include required pre-hire forms, pre-employment screening requirements, and assignment of Network ID’s.

  6. Support overall recruiting team with special assignments/ projects to support the client needs for talent acquisition (including university relations, veteran recruitment, and career fairs).

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelors Degree required.

  2. 1+ years of work experience as a Recruiter, HR/Recruiting Coordinator, HR/Recruiting Assistant, or junior HR Generalist.

  3. Proven HR/Recruiting administrative experience

  4. Highly proficient computer skills (Office 365 & MS Office programs)

  5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills – with focus on customer service.

  6. Team work oriented, self-directed with a high level of initiative and strong work ethic.

  7. Robust problem solving skills and ability to multitask. Detail oriented and results driven.

  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.

  9. Fluent English language skills.
