Head of Workplace Consulting, CBRE Sweden

You will be responsible for developing our workplace offering, drive consistency in approach and deliverables in and lead our workplace consulting services in Stockholm, Sweden. You will develop the service offering according to enhance our world class position and enable a truly differentiated real estate advisory service.

Who are we looking for? / What will you be doing?

We are looking for an experienced consultant and leader that can develop our workplace offering both within strategy, workplace experience, change management and new ways of working. We expect you have the network and skillset to discuss and consult on strategic challenges and how trends impact in the real estate requirements in the industry.

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Set the agenda and develop and grow the local workplace team

  • Deliver thought leadership to our clients

  • Lead projects and sales processes

  • Develop our key offerings and services

  • Ensuring uniform deliverable across projects and clients

  • Deliver insights to wider CBRE teams facing market

  • Develop external client marketing plans for the service area

You will be a senior person in the Nordic Occupier organisation which consists of some 70 employees. You will lead and drive the sector growth in Sweden working closely with in-country resources, account managers, senior leadership in the Nordics and sector leads.

You will work in a matrix managed organization where you are part of the wider workplace team in the Nordics lead by Head of Workplace consulting Nordics, Lise Dybwad and the Swedish Occupier team with reference to Head of Occupier Sweden, Anders Hansén.

What will you bring?

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree, and at least 10 years’ relevant work experience preferably from advisory, workplace, management consulting and/or change management.

  • You can communicate clearly, work practically and thrive working with tight deadlines.

  • You have experience in collaborating and working in a highly matrixed organization.

  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to provide efficient, reliable and courteous service to our clients.

  • You are fluent in English both written and spoken.
