Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Director, HCP Marketing - Nasal Polyps (NP) in Sleepy Hollow, New York

This is a hybrid position on-site 3 days per week in Sleepy Hollow, NY. A fully remote role is not possibe. This role cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Director, CRSwNP HCP Marketing will be responsible for the HCP aspects of the CRSwNP indication. The primary areas of responsibility will be to assist with the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plans/ programs (both personal and nonpersonal promotion as well as HCP digital) as it relates to specific HCP specialties across the CRSwNP indication.

In a typical day, this role:

  • Develops and executes HCP marketing initiatives/ programs to support the brand’s critical success factors

  • Develops HCP tactical plan recommendations in-line with brand strategies and objectives

  • Identify and address key insights and customer needs to maintain DUPIXENT as the biologic of choice for CRSwNP

  • Supports or leads the development, product management, and implementation of the tactical components of the HCP marketing plan

  • Participates in relevant scientific congresses and conferences to support Brand efforts and stays up-to-date with relevant scientific literature

  • Tracks marketing spend and project timelines to ensure projects are kept in scope and within budget

  • Understands customer segmentation and execute on brand strategies

  • Assumes responsibility for directing and monitoring all third-party contractors and vendors

  • Self-starter and strong work ethic

  • Must be willing to travel 30% (including weekend travel as needed)

To be considered you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree; MBA, a plus

  • 10+ years of progressive related pharmaceutical industry/ relevant professional experience; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing, product management, or related industry experience; sales and sales leadership experience, a plus

  • ENT/ Rhinology/ Allergy/ Immunology experience preferred

Salary Range (annually)

$176,900.00 - $294,800.00
