Trane Equipment Support Engineer
in Stockholm, Sweden

Job Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively supporting our customers and Sales Engineers, coordinating sales projects, and being involved in the entire process from quotation to order. We also welcome applications from Sales Engineer Trainees who are interested in gaining experience in the refrigeration field and have aspirations to become a Sales Engineer.
As a Sales Engineer Trainee, you will start your sales traineeship within Sales Support, allowing you to develop an in-depth understanding of our technology. You will have the opportunity to support customers and Sales Engineers, coordinate sales projects, and be involved in the entire process from quotation to order.

Responsibilities:
Daily coordination with the sales department, ensuring exceptional customer service
Identifying customer needs and providing advice during the offer phase
Product selection, calculation, and preparation of quotations
Coordinating projects with customers from start to finish, including warranty support
Monitoring costs and adjusting forecasts
Managing project invoicing
Assisting with web marketing activities
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Broad technical knowledge in air treatment, cooling, measuring, and control technology
Background in HVAC and/or air handling preferred
Valid driver's license
