我们正在北京或者上海招聘产品经理人才。作为产品经理，您将负责过程自动化（PA）相关产品的产品管理，例如：DCS系统，CPU，PCS 7，PCS neo，IO等。您的主要任务是通过开发和实施市场推广策略，进行竞争分析，获取市场洞察，推广产品并为销售成功提供指导，以支持业务扩展。

您将在这些领域发挥影响：

• 市场推广策略：构思、规划和执行有效的产品进入市场策略

• 竞争分析：通过考虑BD同事的实际需求并参考现有内容，分析市场上的竞争对手。

• 市场反馈：收集市场反馈，并与SPM团队合作，不断改进产品的技术功能以满足市场需求。

• 市场活动：在新产品发布后，及时更新样品和推广手册。为新产品和主要产品线进行线上和线下市场活动。

• 行业应用：探索行业内不同的应用场景，并为产品建立强大的地位。

• 业务扩展：协调和组织生态合作伙伴，识别和拓展特定行业的产品业务机会。

• 其他例行任务：维护产品数据，为产品和项目准备报价，设定产品目标，评估预测，管理销售渠道，并收集成功案例和成功故事宣传。

您需要具备的品质：

• 教育和经验：相关专业的学士学位或以上学历，例如自动化、电气工程等。至少5年的销售、产品管理、业务拓展或解决方案角色经验。熟悉过程自动化产品组合和应用领域。有DCS系统经验者优先。

• 领导能力：战略方向，执行能力，建立网络和伙伴关系。

• 通用能力：沟通能力，创新管理方法，变革管理，协作能力。

For our Product Manager -Process Automation products (DCS system incl. CPU, PCS 7, PCS neo, IO etc) team, we are looking for a Product Manager to help us drive Process Automation within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you.

You'll make an impact by

• Go-to-Market Strategy: Conceptualize, plan, and execute effective product entry strategies into the market

• Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors in the market by considering the actual needs of BD colleagues and referring to existing content.

• Market Feedback: Collect feedback from the market and collaborate with the SPM (Strategy Product Manager) team to continuously improve the technical functions of the products to meet market demand.

• Marketing Activities: Ensure timely updates of samples and promotional brochures after the release of new products. Conduct online and offline marketing activities for new products and the main product line.

• Industry Application: Explore different application scenarios within the industry and establish a strong position for the products.

• Business Expansion: Coordinate and organize eco-partners to identify and expand business opportunities for products in specific industries.

• Other Routine Tasks: Maintain product data, prepare quotations for products and projects, set product targets, evaluate forecasts, manage pipelines, and collect successful case studies and successful story publicity.

Your defining qualities

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or above in related majors, e.g., automation, electrical engineering. etc. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, product management, business development, or solution roles experience. Knowledge of Process Automation product portfolio and field of application. Additional experience with DCS systems is a plus.

• Leadership Competences: Strategic Direction, Execution, Building Networks and Partnerships

• General Competences: Communication, Innovation management methods, Change Management, Collaboration, Familiarity with lean/agile methodologies and project management principles
