Description

Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Analyst/Generalist to join a non-profit in Salem, OR. This role will serve as the primary contact for union agency managers, supervisors and labor relations. In addition to union relations responsibilities, this person will function as an HR resource to staff members and provide technical and administrative support for HR. You will lean on your effective research and analysis skills and leverage your impeccable writing and communication skills. Rock solid communication skills and interpersonal skills is required to be successful in this role.

Requirements

  • Experience working in Union environments is a requirement

  • 5+ years of related experience in HR most ideal

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field of study highly desired

  • HR certifications is a plus, but not required

  • ADA and Leave Administration experience

  • Must have effective research, analysis and writing abilities

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

  • Inspire positive organization culture

  • Ceridian experience a plus

  • HRIS system experience
