Growing organization searching for Corporate Facilities Manager, excellent corporate culture, and benefits package. Long-term career growth opportunities. This role oversees all matters related to the physical buildings. This is a direct hire position slated to be hiring in the next month or so. Candidates should based on experience and interest level.

salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages a yearly facilities budget and approves invoices

• Organizes the daily facilities workload and manages the mailroom operations

• Ensures that local, county and federal building and other applicable codes / permits are met

• Hires and oversees the work of subcontractors (i.e. janitorial and lawn care vendors)

• Assists executives and department heads with space planning needs
