System One Field Delivery Account Representative in Odessa, Texas

System One is actively recruiting for an Field Delivery Account Representative for a permanent position located in Odessa, TX working onsite.

The Field Delivery Account Representative primary responsibility is to manage company inventory at customer sites and the delivery of company products to customers. The Account Service Rep will work with customers to identify current and future needs and report back to the sales team on how the company can be a better partner to our customers.

Field Delivery Account Representative Essential Job Functions:

  • Deliver parts to customer location in company vehicle will be required.

  • Manage customer VMI’s (counting, restocking & managing stock levels).

  • Assist in the team selling process by discussing current and future projects.

  • Providing customer service for walk in customers as needed.

  • Assist in various warehouse duties as needed.

  • Detail oriented with high level of accuracy.

  • Responsible for assisting with warehouse duties as needed.

    Account Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Previous experience in warehouse setting/customer service setting.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Experience with an ERP system such (SAP is preferred).

  • Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Mechanically inclined.

  • Ability to stand all day.

  • Clean driving record/safe and legal operation of company vehicle.

    Experience, Training, Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated ability to move heavy objects.

  • Highly skilled in operating/handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.

  • Documented capability to read, count accurately and do simple math calculations.

  • Proven record of maintaining a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

  • Responsible for quality control.

  • Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously to coordinate and prioritize.

  • Demonstrates a complete and thorough understanding of local company policies, strategies, our quality system (SQS), employee manual and company corporate policies.

  • Ability to provide clear and concise answers to questions.

  • The ability to prioritize is essential.

  • Can effectively handle obstacles and opportunities.

  • Seeks to always improve all facets of their performance and the company’s performance.

  • Creative / innovative.

    Physical/Mental Requirements:

  • The employee is regularly required to communicate verbally and in writing.

  • Sitting for long periods of time (as daily driving is required).

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, ability to adjust focus.

  • Ability to stand up to eight (8) hours a day.

  • Must possess sight/hearing senses to adequately perform the functions of the job.

  • Required to lift equipment; supplies up to fifty (50) pounds.

    Working Conditions/Environmental Exposures:

  • Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled warehouse or other human factors friendly environment, and clean environment.

  • Noise level may be noisy.

  • Ear protection may be required to be worn.

  • No environmental hazards are encountered in performance of normal job duties.

  • Employee will be required to travel within the sales territory in a company vehicle.
