Job Description Summary
Your role will be responsible for achieving OEC Surgery product targeted sales and profit objectives in the East region of China.
Customer facing staff responsible for winning business Operates with some autonomy but are typically subject to standard sales practices and procedures. The role is subject to regular review of sales results. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance. May be responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Take full responsibilities for getting right products into market through close cooperation with OEC Product team.
Lead the Sales Specialist team in Region to provide strong strategic support to field sales forces to satisfy the
customers.
Work closely with front line Sales Managers and Sales forces to develop marketing and sales strategies for local
markets and execute them.
Provide Sales and product support to front line sales in terms of individual deal to win the customers and close the
transactions
Build up and maintain key luminaries and speakers for OEC Product in regional market
Required Qualifications
Minimum bachelor degree on Bioengineering, Clinical & Medicals, Radiography and other related field
At least 10 years solid experience in healthcare industry taking various commercial roles, with track record in either
Sales or Marketing functions
Strong leadership capabilities, including strategic planning and execution, team building, talent development,
influencing skills
Good marketing sense with applied skills
Good command of selling skills, including negotiation, communication
Strong in interpersonal acumenable to work with diversified internal and external client groups on conflicting metrics
and expectations
