Job Title: CS Intern

Summary:The internship provides the opportunity to see first-hand how a Customer Service Hub is set-up, entering real life operations.

Responsibilities Include:

• General support to CSR

• Providing clerical support to the team as needed

• Resolve routine questions and problems, and refers more complex issues to higher levels

• Provides quality, accurate, reasonable and on-time service, ensure due dates and deadlines are met, based on the assigned tasks.

• Answering incoming calls.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• Degree or University attendance

• Able to work fulltime within summer period

• Team player

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient in English

• Good Outlook and Microsoft Office knowledge

• Flexibility

• Highly motivated, open minded person with a desire to work and learn in a dynamic international team

• Master attendance

• Second language is a plus (German, French, Russian, Italian)

• Ability to prioritize workload

• Previous job experience in a Customer related environment
