A day in the life...
Will be responsible for all non-technical tasks such as communication (e.g. Friday email, documentation (e.g. FAQs and training materials)
Liaison point for all inquiries coming from Markets/Agencies via project email & NC Form – will triage and assign tickets to the OSL team
Will work with the Claravine Data Steward to update the NCID list in SharePoint/SQL as required
Supports the MDFA Comms Specialist with communication tasks as required
Attends to Customer’s queries and ensure timely resolution of issue
Participates in various Order to Cash Continuous Improvement initiatives
What will make you successful
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, IT course
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting/problem solving skills
Basic proficiency of MS 365 suite (Word, Outlook, Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, PPT)
Detailed oriented, especially with documentation of tickets
