  • This role is responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business by delivering with excellence and provide administrative support to a Global Product Stewardship Regulatory Affairs Senior Director and team. Individual should have interest in an administrative support role with a servant leadership mindset, be well-versed in office management, software applications, coordinating global travel and global business meetings. Primary role includes calendar management, travel arrangements, expense report reconciliation, procurement/purchase order management, budget tracking, and any other administrative tasks to effectively address business needs.

Job Qualifications

  • Lead administrative support for the Global Product Stewardship Regulatory Affairs Sr. Director manager enabling leadership of the North America and Europe Beauty business. Operate efficiently and with respect and support to all colleagues. Understand the needs of the business and priorities of the manager with minimal guidance, anticipate needs/issues for timely action and/or quick resolution, manage multiple fluent deadlines. Proactively identify ways to prioritize activities and manage tasks/follow-up items as needed.

  • Well organized, professional – Learn the areas of responsibility and priority of manager to be able to manage [manager] needs proactively and deliver against responsibilities. Able to manage multiple priorities, flow to work. Demonstrate personal leadership on an ongoing basis; understand the role as a liaison between manager and the organization and deliver accordingly.

  • Excellent administrative skills -- Highly proficient in calendar management (balance meeting requests while giving manager time to focus on priorities); travel planning (all details, including transportation, lodging, visas, ensuring all participants are included); expense reporting (filing timely expense reports with no late fees); and numerous PowerPoint presentations. Technical knowledge (PC, Phone, etc.) is also critical as the Manager works in a digital environment.

  • Agility and flexibility to handle multiple priorities and responsibilities -- Analyze situations and work on amicable outcomes. Strong prioritizing skills, works independently, broad knowledge of policies and procedures. Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately and without supervision.

  • Strong Collaboration & interpersonal skills to enable diverse, collaborative relationships -- Work across sites, geographies, and organizations to accomplish tasks in a positive way. This includes interactions on a global basis across the Organization.

Embrace Change - Ability to handle basic project work to help the Manager deliver deadlines. Must have ability to be agile, open to meet sudden high-priority requests from Management and balance these tasks in conjunction with daily activities. Ability to work well while managing multi-tasks with frequent changing priorities.
