Description:

Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong is an abiding big family thronged with fueled enthusiasts! Care is at the heart of our business; we care for people so they can be their best!

  • Provide front of the house guest services which include rooms registration & cashiering, responding to guest enquires, questions and provide information.

  • Update guest’s profiles for their personal data, preference and complaints.

  • Ensure customer service standards is delivered and guest satisfaction is achieved

Qualifications:

  • Degree / Diploma holder in hotel management or related discipline

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Self-motivated and responsible

  • Customer and service orientated
