Welcome to Global QC Development & Projects QC Development & Projects is part of GAIA, Global Assay Innovation & Automation, with more than 100 amazing colleagues worldwide working to develop, optimize, align and automate existing QC methods to advance our product quality control with higher throughput.

In this role you’ll make an impact by... Working as Scientist in our team, where you will be responsible for validating and optimizing analytical methods for Human Health products in our QC labs. You will work closely with other scientists and laboratory technicians to plan and implement efficient microbiological methods. You will have focus on validation and transfer of microbial methods from Method Development to QC.

In the daily work you will also:

• Validate, document and transfer analytical methods for Human health to QC

• Plan and coordinate experiments including equipment responsibility

• Prepare protocols, SOP’s, reports etc.

• Interact with stakeholders in commercial functions, Research & Development and QC to ensure a good fit between methods to be implemented and daily workflow in QC

  To succeed you must hold: A MSc degree or higher level of education within Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science or related scientific field.

The team has a lot of energy, fun and positive attitude. We work closely together and what we deliver is critical for our customers. Being a team player with good collaboration skills is therefore crucial, along with having a proactive and self-driven attitude.
