Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent. No experience required. Valid Texas class C driver's license.

Job Description:

To provide assistance in guiding vehicular traffic and enforcing parking and driving regulations.

Job Duties:

• Maintains the appearance of the parking facilities by picking up trash, cleaning and monitoring.

• Assists supervisors and maintenance team with equipment maintenance.

• Assists Senior Parking Controllers by reporting parking infractions in parking garages and lots.

• Assists staff, employees, and visitors by giving directions and parking information.

• Submits daily activity reports.

• Reports damages and maintenance issues in garages and lots to Senior Parking Controllers and management

• Adheres to internal controls established for the department.

• Performs related duties as required.

Equipment:

Cleaning and landscaping equipment, occasionally office equipment, and state vehicles.

Working Environment:

Possible exposure to adverse weather conditions.
