The Finance Manager of Global Print is tasked with partnering with the Finance Manager of Expenses to oversee the financial stewardship of the Global Print division's expenses and capital investments. In addition, the Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales and revenue reporting and other ad hoc projects. This individual will work collaboratively with sales, revenue management, accounting, and business unit leaders to ensure robust cost control and provide vital financial insights. About the Role In this opportunity as a Finance Manager, your key accountabilities will be: Financial Management: Partner with the Finance Managers of Expense and Sales Reporting to provide financial oversight of the P&L for the Commercial Printing workstream, execute management and analysis to support key business decisions. Oversee the monthly close process, identifying expense variance drivers and ensuring adherence to capital controls. Strategic Forecasting: Participate in the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, delivering actionable guidance on potential risks and opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine financial forecasts and contribute to the division's strategic initiatives. Capital Financial Modeling: Support financial modeling of capital investment business cases across the Global Print division, and present substantiated recommendations for leadership approval. Operational Financial Controls: Review and execute monthly Plant financial controls, including the establishment and updating of work centers, CAPP rates, machine rates, and the supervision of monthly control reports. Cross-Departmental Partnership: Partner with the accounting team to ensure rigorous financial controls, project balance sheet trends, and promote continual process enhancement. Serve as a finance liaison for the Global Print business, offering specialized expense analysis and channeling business inquiries to appropriate departments within the company. Expense Financial Reporting: Manage the reporting framework for Labor, Materials, and Transportation expenses, guaranteeing transparent and informative communication to the business. Provide as-needed financial analysis to support the division's objectives. Sales and Revenue Reporting: Support sales and revenue reporting as well as communications to business partners and finance leadership. Provide as-needed financial analysis to meet business objectives and requirements. Ad hoc: Support Global Print finance projects. About You You're a fit for the role of Finance Manager if your background includes: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or CPA is highly desirable. A minimum of 7 years of experience in finance management, with a demonstrated track record in expense management and capital budgeting. Advanced skills in financial modeling and analysis. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of effective cross-functional partnership. Proficient with financial software and accounting systems. Capable of navigating a dynamic work environment and prioritizing a diverse set of tasks. What's in it For You?
