Der Field Sales Engineer - Engineering Projects - Bereich Wasser wird das Projektgeschäft in Deutschland vorantreiben, das Wachstum beschleunigen und unsere Markteinführungsstrategie durch eine enge Betreuung ermöglichen. In dieser Rolle werden Sie den Industriemarkt für HACH aufbauen und zu Wachstum bringen. Ihr umfassendes Wissen im Bereich Wasser bildet die Grundlage, um den industriellen Markt auszubauen. Dies ist eine Schlüsselrolle in einer vielfältigen und integrativen, engagierten Organisation, in der Sie Ihre Fähigkeiten unter Beweis stellen können. Die Stelle ist in Deutschland angesiedelt und um in diesem Job erfolgreich zu sein, müssen Sie fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.

In dieser Funktion wird ein typischer Tag wie folgt aussehen:

• Sie entwickeln das Projektgeschäft mit besonderem Schwerpunkt auf dem Industriemarkt.

• Sie entwickeln die Beziehungen zu den strategischen Accounts, indem Sie kommerzielle Allianzen und Rahmenverträge zur Verbesserung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit schließen.

• Unterstützung der Vertriebsstruktur im Außendienst bei der Entwicklung und Vorbereitung von technischen Lösungen für die Kunden sowie Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung im Projektgeschäft.

• Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, des Projektvolumens, der Gewinnspanne und der Gewinnraten.

• Einsatz eines kooperativen Account Managements für E&C, EPC und SIs.

• Sie fungieren als Bindeglied zwischen dem Vertriebsteam, den Kunden, den Auftragnehmern und den Aufsichtsbehörden, um eine effektive Kommunikation zu ermöglichen.

Zu den wesentlichen Anforderungen der Stelle gehören:

• Bereitschaft, bis zu 3 Tage pro Woche zu reisen.

• Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss in Bau- oder Umwelttechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.

• Erfahrung in wasserbezogenen Ingenieurprojekten mit Kenntnissen der einschlägigen Industrienormen und Vorschriften.

• Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in einem Team mit starken kommunikativen und zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten.

• Verständnis für Umwelt- und Nachhaltigkeitsaspekte bei Wasserprojekten.

• Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungsfindungsfähigkeiten.

The Water & E&C Project Engineer will be driving and leading the project business in Germany, accelerating the growth, and enabling our go-t-market strategy, through the E&C accounts. In this role you will be setting up and growing on the industrial market for HACH. With you extensive knowledge of water quality you bring the natural talent to grow the industrial market . This is a key role in a diverse and inclusive engaged organization where you will be able to demonstrate your skillset.

This position is located in Germany and to be successful in this job you need to be fluent in German and English.

In this role, you will:

• Develop the project business, with the special focus on the industrial market.

• Develop the E&C customers relationship achieving commercial alliances and framework agreements to improve competitiveness.

• Support the field sales structure designing and preparing the engineering solution for the customers.

• Improve the customer experience in the project business.

• Work towards increasing the competitiveness, the project volume, the margin, and the win rates.

• Deploy collaborative account management across E&C, EPC and SIs.

• Act as a liaison among the sales team, customers, contractors, and regulatory authorities to facilitate effective communication.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil or environmental Engineering or a related field.

• Previous experience in water-related engineering projects with relevant Industry market standards and regulations knowledge.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Understanding of environmental and sustainability considerations in water projects.

• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• You are living in Germany, the role is posted as 'remote' we are flexible on the living location of the candidate, within Germany, but requires to commute to the office and customer site as per relevance of the job.
