The University of Miami has a great opportunity for an Asst. Director Operations, Creative Content Manager Women's Basketball –to work at the Coral Gables Campus.

Assist the Head Women’s Basketball Coach and other staff with all aspects of the WBB program with a specific focus on creative content and brand enhancement.

Serve as the lead within WBB for all brand and content needs for women’s basketball team, staff and student-athletes.

Completes special assignments which require collecting, organizing and analyzing data and producing reports which may be the basis of significant decisions for Head Women’s Basketball Coach.

Create unique and specialized content to be used by WBB staff, student-athletes and prospective student-athletes.

  • Demonstrate taste and understanding of video and recruiting trends

  • Execute and create consistent designs aligned with University of Miami ideals

  • Stay current with trends in recruiting, plan and execute graphics for social media and recruiting visits

  • Collaborate with other staff members to develop design concepts

  • Attend practices and be present for all on-campus recruiting visits.

  • Responsible for maintaining compliance with NCAA, Atlantic Coast Conference, institutional and departmental policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as assigned by Head Women’s Basketball Coach

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree is required. At least two years of collegiate athletic or related work experience required. Strong organizational, oral and written communication skills. Commitment to a responsibility to adhere to all policies, rules and regulations of the University of Miami, the Atlantic Coast Conference and the NCAA is required.
