Are you ready to be part of a dynamic company in Chester, NJ? We're seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll directly report to the VP of Customer Service and collaborate closely with our sales department and other teams as necessary. Duties of this Customer Service Representative will include but not be limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring swift resolution of queries and issues by liaising with various departments.

  • Reach out to inactive accounts to gauge their needs and evaluate account activity.

  • Act as a vocal advocate for assigned customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed promptly.

  • Monitor and report on overall customer satisfaction and identify potential risks.

  • Provide comprehensive support to clients and prospects to guarantee their complete satisfaction.

  • Execute service campaigns to enhance customer experience.

  • Maintain and update customer records and information using Salesforce CRM.

  • Ensure seamless flow of sales orders, stepping in when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide assistance to the Marketing & Customer Service team as required.

What You'll Need to Bring:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM preferred but not mandatory.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer advocacy.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills

  • Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism

  • Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

  • 2+ years of past customer service or relevant experience

  • Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers

  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM only a plus
