Insight Global is currently hiring for Instructional Designers to support the development and creation of learning materials for a net-new wholesale back office implementation. This position will be for one of Canada's largest oil and gas companies with the expectation to be onsite in Calgary 5 days a week.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of instructional design experience, preferably within wholesale and retail.

• 3+ years of experience in project delivery and implementation

• Experience in implementation or using back-office systems and/or processes

• Finance and/or SCM experience in ERP Dynamics D365, SAP, etc.

• Experience with LMS, including SCORM compliance and content publishing.

• Strong communication and technical writing skills - Post-secondary qualification or industry specific designations in either Education, Instructional Design, Finance, or IT. null
