Ziegler CAT Marketing Information Coordinator in Bloomington, Minnesota

Ziegler CAT has an opening for a Marketing Information Coordinator. The Marketing Information Coordinator is responsible for managing critical data used throughout the organization. This position immediately supports the Marketing Department with information for advertising campaigns and marketing projects, while also supporting multiple divisions' needs for accurate and timely information. Responsibilities: Entering customer data into company database including detailed client information such as address, sales representative assignments, and equipment inventory Processing daily audit reports and customer machine equipment lists Updating and tracking of return mail Compiling information from various sources (i.e. email, website, and spreadsheets) and entering into CRM software Other administrative duties in coordination with internal department staff members Organization and upkeep of literature library including management of literature requests Prioritizing of inbound requests from multiple sources such as e-mail, phone, intra-office mail, and CRM software Processes invoices and co-op in coordination with internal department staff members Coordination of multiple items including; white and yellow pages, mail service postage, department mail, direct mail file, printer and copier upkeep, and misc. department support Assisting sales representatives with one-off data requests related to their book of business Works in a cooperative manner with team members, customers, and vendors Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred Data entry experience preferred Personal characteristics: Attention to Detail, Commitment / Dependability, Even Temperament, Planning and Organization, Teamwork Minimum Physical Requirements: Standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing This job description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed; it is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
