Position Overview

This is a Senior Product Manager role in the Enterprise Systems and Experience (ESE) team, which is Autodesk's Information Technology (IT) organization. We deliver capabilities that support our new business (pricing and offers) models. We create, plan, build and run the foundation for Autodesk. As a Senior Product Analyst focusing on Autodesk's renewal and subscription management function, you help guide the definition, development, and success of capabilities like, subscription change management, quoting, ordering automated notifications, automated assignments, shared visibility, that help our customer success organization to create irresistible customer experiences. Under the direction of a Group Product Manager, you will understand user needs and industry trends, contribute to the product strategy with us and create the product roadmap to lead user experience, scale, and operational efficiency.

You will report to a Group Product Manager in the Customer Success domain and it’s a hybrid work mode.

Responsibilities

  • Help identify, define, and prioritize problems and opportunities in the Renewals and Subscriptions Management product domain

  • You will partner with UX, engineering, architects, and team members to translate opportunities into solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible

  • Use data and research to define and prioritize product features and requirements based on growth

  • Achieve the product roadmap

  • You will create detailed use case scenarios, as-be and to-be system workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide development and ensure understanding of user needs

  • You will work with engineering teams to lead the successful implementation and delivery of customer success products and features

  • you will collaborate with design teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Experience (4 to 8 years) as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with concrete understanding of renewal processes, subscription management, churn management, customer retention, and strategies for improving these areas

  • A understanding of CRM solutions with knowledge of SFDC's major product features

  • Understand product strategy and be able to break it down into detailed product requirements at epic and user story level

  • Define and document methodology to measure Success Metrics for the product features emphasizing value to team members and end-users

  • And serve at the intersection between technical development teams, user experience and partners (GTM teams and channel partners)
