About you

Otis Elevator is growing and we are recruiting a Area Service Executive for Perak. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Area Service Executive will be based in our Ipoh office, responsible for Perak state-wide service operation for Otis equipment.

What you will be doing

• To ensure all servicing, replacements, repairs and troubleshooting work are diligently and professionally performed according to the Company's maintenance programme and work schedule;

• To report all abnormal findings to superior, Supervisor and or Engineer for further action;

• To ensure that all works performed (i.e. Servicing, parts replacement, repairs and breakdown) are accompanied by relevant job-sheet acknowledged by the respective customer;

• Respond to customer’s request on breakdown and complaints.

What you will need to be successful

• Electrical, Electronic and or Mechanical Certificate/Diploma with min 3 years related experience;

• Experience in lift and escalator servicing and troubleshooting;

• Team management experience - able to guide and lead Technicians.
