Express Employment Professionals Warranty Control Administrator in Albany, New York

Responsibilities:-Process warranty claim submissions in accordance with manufacturer policies and procedures-Ensure all warranty claims are addressed promptly and accurately-Communicate proactively with warranty claimants and Warranty Coordinator with updates, corrections, and additional information requests-Maintain warranty claim communication system and database routinely-Process applicable return-to-vendor claims and reconcile receivables-Expected Results: Efficient and accurate processing of warranty claims, timely communication with claimants and Warranty Coordinator, maintenance of warranty claim communication system and database, proper processing and reconciliation of return-to-vendor claims.Skills Required:-Electrical and plumbing experience-HVAC knowledge is a plus-Technical service training will be provided-Proficiency with necessary technologies, including computer databases and Microsoft Office, including Excel.-Attention to detail, problem solving, written and communication skills.Benefits:-Health/Dental insurance-401k Eligible after 6 months-401k Matching-Paid time off and holidays-Opportunities for career advancement and professional development
